David Maxwell

After 30 years of working in the military as an Aircraft Mechanic and IT Software Specialist, God called David into Pastoral Ministry in his mid 40's. Him and his wife Mary have served both in Victoria and Tasmania, and have run evangelistic programs in New Zealand, Brisbane, Victoria, and Tasmania. David has also worked as an Aged Care Chaplain, had a big involvement with Pathfinders, and is currently serving in Family Ministries and the lead Pastor of Launceston Seventh-day Adventist Church. His Ministerial passions include public evangelism, Bible study, Radio presenting, and spending time with the youth of our church. David still enjoys tinkering with computers and spending any spare time doing his many hobbies which include fishing, snow skiing, photography, aircraft modelling and hiking/camping (although it can be difficult to find the time). David has one wife and one child, and he loves them both dearly.
